BIG spoilers for Arcane Season 2 Canon already GIVES a branch-off timeline version of her. If she'd done things just a little differently with finding the hex stone, Powder (AKA baby Jinx) would have accidentally killed her big sister, and then... everything would have wound up better for Zaun AKA The Underground (AKA where Jinx is from). Because Silco doesn't suddenly have a child to take care, he finds a moment to go read a letter left for him, by Vander, and then those two make up.
Then, because Powder and Ekko would have remained close friends, they essentially join forces in helping everyone improve their home.
TL;DR Powder never becomes Jinx, she helped save the entirety of Zaun, falls deeply in love with her best friend, and they... all live happily ever after!
